Operator is searching for visual and written content to feature in the pilot of our first ever zine! Made with the intention to bring the like-minded together and celebrate community on both a local and global, online and offline scale, this first issue will revolve around the notion of solidarity. An old essay or thesis collecting digital dust that you think fits the bill, an artwork that explores your own experiences with the theme, or a project that portrays a special little slice of the world; anything that sticks to an A4 sheet is welcome as we set off to explore how collective design, creation, and cooperation can celebrate and promote solidarity.

Don’t feel like sending something, but still want to be involved? This open call is just the first step of a process in which everyone is invited to participate, as after the due date is passed and material gathered, we’ll organise public moments and workshops so that you can help curate, organise, and have a voice in the process.
